Section 2: Duties and Responsibilities of the Vice President
a. Exercise presidential duties in absence of the president b. Assume presidential office upon vacancy c. Serve as the liaison between the Lawrence Technological University Greek Council and student organizations on Lawrence Technological University’ s campus d. Serve as the contact person for Lawrence Technological University Greek Council e. Oversee any committees that are formed by the Lawrence Technological University
Greek Council f. Act as parliamentarian in all meetings held by the Lawrence Technological University
Greek Council g. Work with the newly elected executive board during a transitional period
h. Report to the executive board regularly
Section 3: Duties and Responsibilities of the Treasurer
a. Keep complete and accurate account of the Lawrence Technological University Greek Council funds( Keep detailed records of funds that have been spent) b. Complete a monthly financial report of the Lawrence Technological University Greek Council c. Create a Budget for the Lawrence Technological University Greek Council and all of their events d. Work with the newly elected executive board during a transitional period
e. Report to the executive board regularly
Section 4: Duties and Responsibilities of the Secretary
a. Take minutes at Lawrence Technological University Greek Council meetings b. Send copies of the minutes from Lawrence Technological University Greek Council meetings to a representative of the Greek organizations under Lawrence Technological University Greek Council no later than 24hrs after the Lawrence Technological University Greek Council meetings c. Send email reminders regarding the meeting time of the Lawrence Technological University Greek Council to a representative of the Greek organizations under Lawrence Technological University Greek Council one week prior to the Lawrence Technological University Greek Council meetings d. Checking the greekcouncil @ ltu. edu email daily e. Reading of previous meeting minutes in Lawrence Technological University Greek
Council general body meeting f. Document all constitution and bylaws yearly g. Reserving any locations needed by the Lawrence Technological University Greek
Council h. Report to the executive board regularly i. Work with the newly elected executive board during a transitional period
