Why roll with the crowd if you'll just be here a year from now, reading shit like this; trying to de clutter your life, again?
Research and Map
This is the fun part, well at least for me. Personally, I’m an information hoarder and a master at Google. So as you can imagine my bookmarks, Pinterest, and computer history are pretty interesting.
It sounds so small but writing down things I want to do, try or give up is the first step that makes me say ‘I got this.’ And once I have those written down, I literally start creating possible paths I can take given the information I collect over time.
It’s unwise to be hasty with decisions. Take. Your. Time. Whether you’re just switching up your wardrobe or completely changing careers, you are making a change in your life.
Make sure you’re prepared.
For example, when I wanted to take blogging more seriously this is what I did.
Honestly, the research period never really ends for me. You can’t know too much and it’s always best to stay up to date, then change your goals accordingly. I’m constantly reading and looking into other tools and classes to better understand exactly what I should or want to do. From there, I take one of my journals/planners (I have an unhealthy amount) and start drawing either an actual chart, making lists and filling in the blanks with details I didn’t consider before.
