Mr Brown has been a friend of the school for many years, he worked with the upper school to train them for Cross Country Competitions. SCHOOL
While a pupil Carluke higher grade he represented the school at the upper ward sports at Leigh bent in Hamilton and won the mile medal which is very impressive.

Alex started running when he was 11 his whole family went the Motherwell YMCA until Law and District AAC Was founded in 1967 when Andy his brother and him switched.

With the help of his father Andrew, Ian’s father, Sammy, my brother in law, Tom Muir, who would become secretary and some local friends, Law And District Athletics Club athletics club was formed.
