Learning to play an instrument can change you forever by you playing it. It doesn't need to be for hours a day; it can just be for a couple of minutes. It’s creative, it’s fun and you develop a life-long talent.

According to many, playing a musical instrument can make you smarter. Music also helps you talk to more people in public like for a job interviews and talking in front of people because it helps you to be more confident.

As the facts go, the oldest living musician in the world is Vera Lynn, she is 102 years old. She is a singer and she sings pop and jazz. The oldest living guitarist is Bill Pitman who plays rock, jazz and pop genre. Amazing! Imagine living to that age and still being able to play and sing as they do. Wow!

It is a fact that the brain has a wonderful ability to alter its size and conditions along with the time, the changes are related to the learning and connections between the neurons.

We know that the brain has a wonderful ability to change its size and what it contains. The changes happen when you learn and make different connections. This makes your neurons connect and this is what makes you smarter!

Researchers found a very amazing fact about music that; the heartbeat mimics the musical beats that we hear! Our heartbeat, blood pressure and breathing synchronize with musical beats and tempo. It could trigger the heartbeat, blood pressure and nerve contraction and relaxation along with it. That’s why listening to calming music can calm you down.
