Do you have any advice for aspiring animators?
Practice, practice, practice.
Observation of things around you. How do they move, how long does it take for an action to occur?
Draw. If you are able to draw then keep practicing and enjoy developing characters.
Explore various types of animation, both in what you produce and what you view.
Useful subjects to study include maths, art, computing, physics, and biology. They all enable an understanding of motion, timing, weight and anatomical structure.
