beach at Guinjata – on hand to assist
anglers with any technical problems.

Here’s a youngster worth watching!
Jordan Kahn (11-years old) has had loads
of success using dad Alain’s Lowrance
HDS 8 unit on his Mercury-powered
Cobra Cat 652 - to find the fish he’s
catching hand over fist.
He recently won the Junior section of the
Natal Power Boats DBSC social
competition with a 7kg Geelbeck while
Alain’s 8kg Geelbeck won the Mens
Senior division. Team Bite Me caught 10
fish that day.
Earlier this year, the up-and-coming
young angler caught a 35kg Sailfish
fishing off Durban and he’s landed a
Yellowfin Tuna, a Black Tip Kingfish and
much more.
Jordan has been chosen to fish in his first
Interclub competition for DSBC - at the
Umhlanga Interclub later this month July
