Directions 1. Steam mussels over medium heat for about 6 to 8 minutes or until most of them have opened up. Remove extra shell. Set aside. 2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine butter and garlic and mix well. Put some butter and garlic mixture on top of the mussels. Sprinkle the mussels with grated quick melting cheese.
