You can add the beads how ever you like in a particular pattern or random. Attatch the bells on evenly between the beads. I tie them on with more cord (thinner then the main cording) and then i thread it through a bead and knot it on i will also come back and trim the excess cord and add strong glue to keep it there.

The feather is added the same way tie the cord around the base of it again glue will be added to this to keep it put and then through the bead and knotted on.

Once you have finished beading and attatching the feathers and bells tie off the end and secure it with the glue. Go back and trim the excess cord from tying on the feathes and bells and secure with glue. (you can skip the feathers and thread the bells directily onto the cord but the jingle sound works best if they are tied on seperatly.
