Guy Fawkes Heritage Horses are very quickly gaining a reputation as level headed, easily trained mounts suitable for all disciplines due to their intelligence and naturally quiet natures. There are GFHHs competing at various levels within the Olympic disciplines, participating in Pony Club events and even competing at International level in medieval games! Christian Community High School, a highly regarded private school in Coffs Harbour, currently run an outstanding equestrian program for students and GFHHs make up a large part of their equine staff. Stock Manager, Sally Taylor claims that the Guy Fawkes Heritage Horses are among the best that they have ever had at the school and prefers GFHHs to thoroughbreds or other breeds, particularly as most of the riders start out as learners and require naturally quiet mounts.

The Guy Fawkes Heritage Horse Association regularly holds Open Days where visitors can learn about the ongoing passive trapping program, view horses available for purchase, enjoy horsemanship demonstrations and great food. Open Days are held at the GFHHA holding block at 1378 Guyra Road, Ebor, NSW and their next Open Day is set for Australia Day, 25th January, 2014. If you would like more information about sale horses, the GFHHA or their Open Days, check out the GFHHA Facebook page, the website at www.guyfawkesheritagehorse.com or phone the Secretary on (02)66 575 342.
