Dave Sirmans began his professional career in The U . S . Navy as an avionics technician and later avionics instructor . He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from New York Regents University through the Navy College Program . Upon leaving active duty , Dave worked as a field service engineer for a nationwide UPS System manufacturer , then later in controls and automation before beginning his journey into Reliability and Condition Monitoring . Dave worked in Reliability as lead engineer in an electrical testing company where he
DAVE SIRMANS developed and implemented NFPA 70E compliance for their infrared inspections outfit , as well as started an engineering services division within the company . Dave holds certifications in Infrared Thermography , Electric Motor Testing and Airborne Ultrasound testing . He is also a doctoral student in Psychology with an expected completion date of December 2022 .

Allen is a Category IV Vibration specialist and has over 30 years of experience identifying and solving complex machine , process , and structural issues both in a variety of OEM and Repair Centers and a wide variety of industrial plant applications
