The family dog, Rupp.
( continued from page 35) was in undergrad. Now a commercial banker at Stock Yards Bank, Tyler plays a central role in their family life. As Dr. Ochs puts it, he is“ truly the only reason I can do what I do.”
With two daughters each involved in at least four sports or activities, life stays busy. Dr. Ochs credits a strong support system including her husband, extended family and close friends for helping manage the daily juggle of schedules. Never one to sit still, she thrives in the organized chaos of a full calendar. When things feel overwhelming, she turns to running as a way to decompress. Her favorite moments, though, are spent just gathered with family. She loves having people over and the sound of a full, busy house is true joy.
Dr. Ochs feels deeply content with the life she’ s built, both at home and in her career.“ I think about if you’ d asked me 15 years ago what I wanted my life to be like, I’ d have said I wanted to be a partner in a private practice, with a happy, healthy family. And that’ s what I have. It’ s hard to ask for more when you already have everything you wanted.”
