Cooking at the Cottage and its culinary retail shop across the way are the inspired creations of the owner, Linda Kunz Bayens. Linda grew up in her family’ s Kunz’ s Dutchman Restaurant, a longtime staple in downtown Louisville. Her father passed the restaurant to her brothers who enjoyed running it until it closed in 2007. Linda pursued a different direction working in a bank, then as a stockbroker and ultimately as a realtor.
