It is content creation day . I ’ ve spent the week jotting down notes and ideas for topics that I think my audience will find helpful and informative . Then I carefully research each subject , trying to answer common questions and address misunderstandings . The next part is my favorite . I get to find the most creative and engaging way to bring that information to my audience . I try to create a hook , a visual illustration or use a trending sound to make my content stand out . And finally , it is time to film and post .

In today ’ s digital age , social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram have become pivotal in shaping public perceptions of health , particularly among younger demographics . As a physician , leveraging these platforms for advocacy is both an opportunity and a responsibility . By disseminating accurate health information , we can counteract the pervasive misinformation that often circulates online .
