Dr . Smith is one example of a physician who has made an impact and leads innovation in the Louisville community . There are so many more examples of innovation and change : from the impact physicians make in patient care daily , advocacy that occurs on behalf of our patients small and large , and most importantly , the impact on the community to regard physicians as their trusted leaders .
