GOAL 1 : Expand MedCentral services to additional markets with the marketing analysis to be completed by 2022 . The market analysis could help determine other potential services that we can provide .
GOAL 2 : Expand member service area potentially to the defined area that encompasses Louisville Metro . Present at GLMS Board meeting and review the bylaws for an update .
GOAL 3 : Explore membership unification dues structure and evaluate viable options . GOAL 4 : Look for a less expensive and sustainable way to provide a Roster to our members within the calendar year . GOAL 5 : Look at current services from a cost-benefit analysis .
PEOPLE
GOAL 1 : Produce targeted educational videos for new Board members specific to Board position that explains expectations , mission , vision , services , talking points , programs and their membership to GLMS .
GOAL 2 : Create a digital hub for Board members and staff to access relevant resources and shared documents .
GOAL 3 : Explore best practices with other Kentucky medical societies to find and develop a new , searchable membership database with the ability to identify target audiences .
