I see it as an opportunity to encourage my fellow physicians to bond , collaborate and share experiences . To mentor young physicians , and to advocate for the highest standard of patient care through sharing of new knowledge in their area of expertise .

WHAT DOES YOUR GLMS MEMBERSHIP MEAN TO YOU ?
My GLMS membership provides an opportunity to be involved in other aspects of health care that are well beyond my 1:1 office visits . It allows me to fulfill my purpose in life - wanting to advocate for change to improve our communities ’ culture on health and wellness and support changes that help our physicians with living a life in balance to sustain the practice of quality clinical medicine .
WHAT DO YOU VALUE ABOUT ORGANIZED MEDICINE ?
I value the sense of purpose that GLMS provides me . Before GLMS I often felt that changing a system issue was beyond my control . Learning more about health care policy and physician advocacy has given me the confidence to take part actively in the process . GLMS gives us power in numbers so we can make a difference in our community and state .
