This fall , we launched PSAs debunking COVID-19 myths and misinformation . This campaign ran across social media and television in both English and Spanish , gaining 100,000 + impressions and a 97.38 % video completion rate , well above the industry standard .
We continued our partnership with the Louisville Metro Department of Public Health and Wellness by assisting in delivering 81 prescription medications to COVID-19 patients who were without transportation or could not leave their home due to quarantine .
The Physician Wellness Committee sponsored the Wellness Wednesday Webinar series , providing free educational sessions on physician burnout prevention , leadership development , coaching and mindfulness . Each session is eligible for one CME credit .
We provided $ 17,500 in grants to organizations in Greater Louisville , making an impact in the overall health of the community . Initiatives supported SOS International , Legal Aid Society , The Healing Place and St . James School .
We celebrated the 11th Annual Doctor ’ s Cup Golf Scramble and provided $ 30,000 in scholarships to six medical students , bringing the lifetime total to over $ 300,000 . The scramble even had its first hole-in-one prize winner !
