Our mission to increase access to care for our region ’ s children has never been stronger . Now , when you make a referral to most Norton Children ’ s Medical Group specialists , the patient will have an encounter within seven business days . An encounter could be the following :
Registered nurse triage call with the patient and caregiver Scheduled labs or diagnostic testing Telehealth appointment with a provider Appointment at the practice with a provider
Any patient determined through triage to have an urgent medical need will be seen in the practice by a provider within seven business days .
