Will anyone NOT licensed by the state be harvesting grafts or
making sites for the grafts? If yes, please explain how this person
is legally allowed to do this? It is not acceptable for a surgeon to
oversee an unlicensed technician perform the surgical aspects of
the transplant. 8 6. 6 Orentreich,N. Autografts in Alopecias and Other Selected Dermato-

Today, hair transplantation can produce natural looking results
for appropriate patients based on area and extent of balding and
donor hair density. It provides an option to fill in areas of balding
that medical therapy may not be able to attain. Overall, patients
are pleased with their results and feel their appearance has been
improved. Given the new techniques, there may be people that
you know who have had a hair transplant and you do not realize
it. 9. 9Headington, J. Transverse Microscopic Anatomy of the Human

Who will do the evaluation and make recommendations—
what is their training, experience and education?
Who will be performing the hair transplant-design, donor har-
vesting and site creation? It is common that each surgeon will have
staff to help prepare the grafts and to place the grafts in premade
sites that the surgeon has created. The staff will NOT be surgically
harvesting grafts nor creating sites.
