he GLMS Alliance, in partnership with the Louisville Metro
Department of Public Health and Wellness, Healing the
Children KY, LaCasita Center and the KY Vaccines for
Children program organized five vaccine clinics in 2019 to
serve the immigrant population in Louisville. Over 1,000
vaccines were provided to this most vulnerable community.
It is our hope to expand into the JCPS system and Shelby
County in 2020.
