Brian M. Derhake, M.D., M.S.
to their pain management practice.
Born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky,
Dr. Derhake is a graduate of St. Xavier
High School, Xavier University, and the
University of Louisville School of Medicine.
He completed a Pain Management
Fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic and
is Board Certified in both Pain Medicine
and Anesthesiology by the American
Board of Anesthesiology.
Brian has prior experience in both
private practice and academic medicine,
most recently working as the Chief of
Pain Services, the Director of the Pain
Medicine Clinic, an Assistant Professor
of Anesthesiology, and an Associate Operating Room Director
at the University of Louisville.
Dr. Derhake will be accepting referrals to The Pain Institute in Louisville,
as well as Jewish Hospital Shelbyville, Floyd Memorial Hospital,
Clark Memorial Hospital, Physician’s Medical Center,
and King’s Daughters’ Hospital in Madison, Indiana.
