Norton Cancer Institute ’ s Adolescent and Young Adult Transition Clinic provides specialized care to patients ages 18 – 39 who are childhood cancer survivors and have been off therapy for at least two years . The clinic provides disease-specific , long-term follow-up care for :
Fertility issues Anxiety , depression and post-traumatic stress syndrome Dental concerns Hair loss Skin care Cardiac follow-up Developmental delays Other symptoms related to treatment
