They are entitled to complain. We are not, though we do, of course. I saw someone back this week, mostly well again, after a scary emergency last week with a not-quite-tension pneumothorax, diagnosed in the office with the help of Dr. Ted Lee (who instantly called me about the film, just as I was dialing X-ray). The office is not the place for this. Internally I was scrambling. Did I have a #14 needle and a good strong arm?
