s a physician, how would you rate your
current level of job satisfaction? Do
you get along with everyone you work
with reasonably well? Do you look forward to
going to work every morning when you get out
of bed? Or, do you experience problems with
people you work with that seem serious to you?
Do these problems affect your daily work and
work environment? Do you consider changing
jobs or do you feel like your job could be in jeopardy because of
ongoing or unresolved problems?
The GLMS Judicial Council has been serving its members for
many years and continues to do so with the highest level of integrity,
morals, values, and compassion. Over the years, the Judicial Council
has helped many physicians and their practices resolve problems
and disputes, helping them to alleviate tensions and avoid further
problems, thereby aiding them to go on providing excellent care to
their patients, in a healthy and friendly work environment.
While the GLMS Judicial Council has served its members well
over the years, the health care climate has changed dramatically, and
so have the needs of GLMS members. For this reason the GLMS
Judicial Council spent considerable time reflecting on the past and
considering current and
