The London-Laurel County Chamber of Commerce hosted their monthly membership luncheon on Thursday , Feb . 16 and presented membership plaques to five new businesses — including Bart Osborne , Justin Barrier and Rafael Forti with Barrier Roofs . Presenting the plaques were Chamber President Ward Stokes , far left , and Executive Director Deanna Herrmann , far right .
