Loudon County Economic Development
Agency is a quasi-governmental non-profit
501(c)(3) agency formed as result of Tennes-
see Code Annotated, Section 6-58-114(b) with
the mission to “foster communication relative
to economic and community development
between and among governmental entities,
industry, and private citizens.”
We currently offer a full range of programs
and services including:
l Industrial and business recruitment,
retention and expansion
l Location analysis and design assistance
l Grant writing and administration
assistance
l Workforce initiatives
l Loudon County Young Talent/Young
Professionals opportunities
l Administer the Industrial Development
Board(s) activities
l Manage TDOT local program projects
l Oversee Loudon County Three Star
program
