6. Work Comfortably

Let your team work in an environment that let's their creative juices flow the most. The company IDEO is a perfect example of this. There is no ordinary way of doing things inside this office. There is no dress code and their teams are full of all sorts of interesting and crazy ideas. Employees treat there office space as if it were there apartment; toys and all sort of goofy gadets can be found all over the office.

5. Prototyping

Another useful technique that marketing managers can use is prototyping. The key to prototyping is making mistakes. Mistakes lead to discoveries, and discoveries lead to adjustments and ultimately refinement. Prototyping isn’t about making a finished product as much as it is about getting ideas out in the open and refining them later. Prototypes are better than pictures and drawings because they give you a hands-on opportunity to fiddle with your products. Placement of certain features can be discussed and planned out as a result of prototyping as well.
