Hello! My name’s Andrea and I will be your host for this evening on The Books Come to Life show! Today we’ll be interviewing two - no, wait, uh, three fabulous characters from the book series, Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children! Now, if you don’t know what the series is about, well I suggest you start searching it up. Here’s a fun tip, do not, under any circumstances, go near the Hollowcasts! They’re dangerous and they look like this (see picture on right)
Luckily we’ve managed to keep them at bay thanks to Jacob, who can control them, and now the moment you’ve all been waiting for. Please give a warm welcome to Jacob Portman, the protagonist of this series, Emma Bloom, his fiery companion (see what I did there ;)), and last but not least Millard Nullings, the invisible boy!
*They all come in nervously and cautiously.*
Host: Please, have a seat. *I gesture to the couch*
*They all sit down but look really tense.*
Host: Thank you for coming today. We really appreciate it.
M: Likewise.
Host: Wow! You really are invisible! That is amazing!
E: Can we get on with this?
H: Okay Okay. Well to start off with, what's the deal with you two at the moment? Are you two together or what? There are a lot of hints but c'mon tell us.
J: Well, me and Emma are together but that'll have to wait until after we get Miss Peregrine back.
M: Yeah, sure you are. You can't be away from her for five minutes!
J: What was that?
E: Just get on with this!
H: Right. Have you guys heard about the movie being made about you guys?
they all look disgusted at me
H: I'm going to take that as a yes...
E: It was stupid! The girl didn't act anything like me! The portrayal was awful! I'd like to burn the person who made it!
J: Yea! What's up with going into the sea to open the portal?
M: Based off of us my ass.
H: Watch your language mister...
M: Sorry...
H: Moving on. Jacob, so your abilities to control the Hollowcast. How's that working out for you?
J: Strange and the worst feeling but hey we're still alive so that's a good thing.
H: I'm still on the third book, but do you think the other kids will survive this?
J: I think so
M: Well I'm protecting them, so yes, they're safe with me.
H: That's all the time we have for this week! Sorry folks but the guests really have to leave so they can help rescue Miss Peregrine. I wish you all the best of luck guys! See you next time on The Books Come to Life!
