The Stiletto Boss Excellence Awards Ceremony is an afternoon where women of all ages come dressed in their finest for a day full of business networking, entertainment, and a celebration of women. Over 50 women, organizations, agencies and businesses are selected and nominated by individuals across Ohio in the categories of : Stiletto Boss Excellence Award (a woman who exudes excellence in business, stands as a tall role model for others, works not only towards her own vision but also helps to build up other women, and the epitome of sisterhood and practices servant leadership), Best Non-Profit Award (an organization that builds up women and/or young girls through self-esteem and confidence building, mentoring and more), and Best Community Service Award (a woman or organization who has dedicated a significant amount of time to the fundamental principle of 'giving back' .through service and philanthropic efforts to improve the quality of life in her community).

Among the women nominated, ten amazing and outstanding women, one non-profit organization and one community service organization are honored, recognized, and celebrated for their efforts. Each woman is chosen and recognized for their diligence, inspiration and dedication within their field of expertise. These wonderful women have promoted, persisted and pressed forward to greatness, rising above the obstacles and negativity. These women have truly captured the true meaning of embracing their talents and gifts given to them– not for personal gain but to be a blessing to someone. They have paved the way for their fellow sisters and the young ladies of the future.

The Stiletto Boss Excellence Awards provides music and entertainment from the local female DJs and female artists. There are vendors, opportunities for business networking, and positivity among women. It has been getting major buzz and press from community leaders, officials, organizations, and fellow women across Ohio. In 2015, the Stiletto Boss Excellence Awards received two commendations: Mayor Frank Jackson and Congresswoman Marcia L. Fudge.
