MYTHIC MIXOLOGY Tiamat Punch House Cup INGREDIENTS INGREDIENTS Makes 26 servings 1 64-oz Bottle of Cranberry Juice 4 Makes 2qts 1 64-oz of Unsweetened Pineapple Juice 3 Green Tea or Green Tea with Ginger Tea Bags 1 48-oz Carton of Rainbow Sherbet 2 Cups of Hot Water 1 Liter Bottle Sparkling Water (Lemon or Plain) or Tonic Water (optional) 6 Add’l Cups of Water (cold or room temperature) 1 Punch Bowl & 1 Ladle 2 Medium to Large Granny Smith Apples Pour Cranberry and Pineapple Juice into the bowl. Add Sparkling/Tonic Water as desired. Add scoops of Rainbow Sherbet. Enjoy! Bonus: Make juice ice cubes to keep punch cold without diluting taste. 15-20 Mint Leaves Steep 3 tea bags in 2 cups of Hot Water for 10-15 minutes. Wash, peel & slice Apples into thin, half-inch pieces & place in pitcher. Remove Tea Bags, pour tea into pitcher over apples. Tear Mint Leaves into smaller pieces & add to pitcher. Add remaining water. Cover & refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Enjoy! Bonus: Make a simple syrup by boiling 1 cup of sugar (white/brown/sugar in the raw) with 1 cup of water until dissolved. Let cool. Now you can sweeten the tea without worrying about drinking a layer of sugar at the bottom of the cup.
