I am a Sierra Leonean who migrated to the United Kingdom at the age of 16: I am the first born to my father out of siblings off six: Coming form a Christian home where my father is a priest in the United Kingdom, I have always been taught to put God first in all I do in life, to bring me Success and happiness: Coming from a home with a strict up bringing, the basis on putting eduction first was the theme in the home: Before my migration to the United Kingdom, I was Privilege to attend some of the best private educational institutions Sierra Leone had to offer, namely the Murray Deen Preparatory High School, where I completed my junior high school, I then attended the Sierra Leone Grammar School for boys, where I did two years of senior secondary school, before the civil unrest in Sierra Leone, that led to me migrating to the United Kingdom:
On my arrival in the United Kingdom, I continued with my eduction, at John Ruskin College, Croydon London, where I did a three year course in business, as I noticed I had the interest in business, and will love to have my own business one day or purse a career in Business: After completion, it was a very hard to find a career in business, as I was new to the UK, and needed more experience to get to where I want to be in life:
I then decided to take a break form pursing business and tried something of a different approach:, I then joined the British Army, infantry " Princess of Wales his Royal Regiment : After my two years of training I decided not to purse a career in the army, due to some beliefs I took very serious that led my asking to opt out of the British army: I moved to the United States of America, where my passion for pursing my business ambitions ignited again: I got employed working as a sales rep traveling around the United States, meeting different types of people, back ground and race: This build my interest in my business ambition once again, as the love to convince people, to buy my products I was selling to them was just something I like doing, as a young man with people's skills: Due to some circumstances beyond my control, I had to return back to the UK after five years of living in the United States: It was a hard and depressing situation to leave all I have worked hard for after five years in the United States and start all a fresh again in the UK:
But as a young man with the sprit of determination to succeed in every thing i do, I never allowed the spirit of failure to put me down or give up in my dreams, I tried as best to get back on my feet in the UK with the help of few genuine family and friends who assisted me on this: I found a job, with a sales company in the UK, worked with them for one year, and I saw the drive to succeed in what I want to do in life: I was asked to be the Public Relations officer of a Talent management business in the UK, had the post for a year, and after I saw the level of my potentials, which where recognised by many, I then decided to go about and it was time to have my own business and make my dream come true: I knew business was part of me, but Music is part of me, as I love live music and taught I can then blend business and music together to form my own promotions company, in the United Kingdom: I then registered at university level in the United Kingdom, where I am Studying a BSC Hon's in business management, for three and half years, at the Greenwich School of Management London, to be completed by 2018:
LMPG PROMOTIONS COMPANY UK LTD, is a registered promotions Company with Companies/ House England and Wales and is limited by shareholders: LMPG promotions company meaning " LIVE MUSIC PROMOTIONS GRUOP" with also a biblical meaning " LET MY PEOPLE GO" taken form name MOSES in the Bible: in my observation I see many young talented entertainers, who have the gift to entertaining people, but lack the management to market, mange and promote them, especially the ones in Africa, who have the gifts but due to poverty, corruption, and lack of financial support these young entertainers have no hope to fulfil there driven ambitions, as I noticed this In my visit to Ghana 2012, and Sierra Leone 2013: I then took it upon my self to come back to the UK established something to go back and help many of these young gifted entertainers in Africa, Jamaica, Asia, South America, Europe and more, by assisting them to showcase their gift to the world, and open up doors of opportunities for many, as the name LMPG " LET MY PEOPLE GO " There are plans by me the CEO of the company to set up quality musical studios in Africa to help many, the ones who are not fortunate, , open access for them to visit UK and ERUOPE for studio sessions at top UK musical studios, and also managing and promoting many:
I have established the company on a higher level, having connections with the British Medai TV AND RADIO, connection with too notch musical venues in the UK and ERUOPE to expose many, of these young gifted entertainers, that will be under my management: I am also the UK/ Europe agent/ Promoter for one off Africa biggest dancehall artiste Ghana dancehall king, and Africa dancehall king Shatta-- Wale:
