Assistance Dogs
Only guide, assistance and hearing dogs are admitted into Excel.
Canvassing
Canvassing for orders – for any purpose, by any unauthorised person – is strictly prohibited and the organisers reserve the right to refuse admission. The distribution or display of printed or other placards, hand bills, circulars or other articles, except by exhibitors at their stand areas, is prohibited.
Catering There are several eateries along the boulevard.
Cloakroom There is a cloakroom for visitors on the boulevard between S4 and N4 downstairs. £ 1 per item.
Disabled Access All levels of Excel are accessible to wheelchair users, via lifts, and have wheelchair-friendly toilet facilities. The boulevard main entrances have automatic doors.
First Aid Centre
If you require medical assistance, please visit the Organiser’ s Office to the right of the show entrance. In the event of a medical emergency, please call 0207 069 4445( Venue Control) to ensure the quickest response possible and report it to the Organiser’ s Office.
Lost Property Any enquiries should be directed to staff at the Organiser’ s Office located by the show entrance.
Toilets Toilets can be found at the back of the hall downstairs, including wheelchair-accessible toilets.

SEMINAR & MASTERCLASS TICKETS All of our sessions are included in your show ticket. Seating is allocated on a firstcome, first-served basis.
ORGANISERS’ OFFICE The Organisers’ Office is situated in N9 at the front of the hall.
