The Advice Centre
The Advice Centre offers FREE consultations with experts from Homebuilding & Renovating- as well as special guest advisors. Topics covered include everything from planning, plot finding, finance management, interiors, garden design, extensions, renovating, sustainable materials to energy efficient construction and self-building.
Consultations last 15 minutes and must be booked at The Advice Centre on the day- please book as soon as you arrive to avoid disappointment.

Allan Corfield Design Expert, Homebuilding & Renovating Allan is a RIBA Chartered Architect and has overseen the design of over 450 low energy homes across the UK. Since 2009 Allan has grown his specialist Custom & Self-Build Architecture practice- AC Architects to a team of 20. Recently he created AC Structures, a leading engineering business, providing engineering support for all of ACA’ s clients.
Andy Stevens Builder & Broadcaster Andy runs his own building company, Eclipse Property Solutions Ltd and his own consultancy, Eclipse Property
Consultants Ltd. He is still on the tools so is still very much hands on. His company has won several awards for their outstanding craftsmanship and end product including Extension of the Year in 2010 and Bathroom of the Year in 2015.
