Galtung stressed the need to pay attention to the interests of the people , both in war and in peace . The scope of Galtung ' s opposition to war was greater than that of Mozi . Galton divided peace into negative peace and positive peace . Galtung ' s pursuit of peace is not limited to passive peace .
