Hygiene of Foodstuffs
‣ Regulation( EC) 852 / 2004
This Regulation lays down general rules for food business operators on the hygiene of foodstuffs and defines food hygiene as meaning“ the measures and conditions necessary to control hazards and to ensure fitness for human consumption of a foodstuff taking into account its intended use”.
