Just up the West Loop you ’ ll find UPTOWN PARK , a European-style walkable shopping and dining village with home-grown boutiques Longoria Collection , M . Penner , Lucho and Top Drawer Lingerie . Deep inside River Oaks is the RIVER OAKS SHOPPING CENTER , Houston ’ s oldest of its kind .
