Just in time for Movember , an annual event in which 14 million men worldwide grow moustaches during the month of November to raise awareness of men ‘ s health issues , Boardroom Salon for Men has teamed up with Beardbrand to create a Beardsman ’ s Package . MUSEUM RELO HOLOCAUST MUSEUM HOUSTON TAKES OVER TEMPORARY SPACE
As a result of its $ 49.4 million expansion campaign announcement , Holocaust Museum Houston ( HMH ) has moved to a temporary location at 9220 Kirby Drive . Features include “ Bearing Witness : A Community Remembers ,” the museum ’ s permanent exhibit , and two changing exhibitions , “ New Dimensions in Testimony ” and “ Human Rights Art .” Says Dr . Kelly J . Zuñiga , CEO of the museum , “ Our curators have done an amazing job reconfiguring our core exhibit into this new space while adding fresh , interactive exhibitions that provide a framework for students to process the many issues impacting their own lives today – bullying , hatred , discrimination and immigration .”

ASHES TO ART WAYNE GILBERT IS ON THE BIG SCREEN
On November 12 at 4pm , at the Museum of Fine Arts , Houston , filmmaker Wayne Slaten , whose short film Red Pearl was a prize-winner in Houston Cinema Arts Festival ’ s ' first CineSpace competition in 2015 , will present Ash : The Art of Wayne Gilbert , an in-depth look at the one-of-a-kind Houston-based artist whose work is created with cremated human remains . The film features many Houston art personalities , including : Nick Flynn , James Harithas , Lester Marks , Dennis Huston , John Lienhard , Gus Kopriva , Beverley Gilbert , Dan Workman , Susan Aberth , Bill Arning , David Braur , Catherine Anspon , Toby Kamps , James Clare and Thedra Culler-Ledford .
