A DUBLIN TRADITION
Sometimes you just need a little authenticity, right? How about an Irish
implant owning a bar often full of European expats who, proudly displaying their football (soccer, in this case) allegiance, and drinking lots
of Guinness and Jameson? OK, so it’s not in Dublin – it’s actually
right across from Whole Foods on Waugh but it’s all about perspective
here. Pimlico might be the crock of gold you’ve been searching for.
Like so many great bars in Houston, Pimlico is situated on the end of an
otherwise nondescript strip center. Bonus: It’s also right next to a Jack-in-theBox which is kind enough to share its parking lot on the weekends to help
with overflow. Oooo, eeee, look at that leprechaun. Kidding!? Outdoor
tables, Irish flags and cafe lights adorn the front exterior while a great side
