The ever-changing Houston nightlife scene. Remember
Richmond Ave. in the 90s, Midtown in the 00s and
Washington Ave. in the 10s? Out of those three,
Richmond is long gone, parts of Washington are
holding on strong while others are quickly slipping
away and Midtown is still doing quite well. But
where to head for something new? Two distinct areas
seem to have captivated the crowds recently: Downtown and Montrose. You
did read that right, unless you have been living under a rock, you have certainly seen the resurgence of bars and the nightlife scene around Market Square
and along Main Street. And Montrose? It’s still slamming. So, for the new year
(and the new name and the new look) we’re dropping a smattering of new-ish
places to help you blow those resolutions with a bunch of good friends.
