Truffle Masters 2017 | Who Will Take the Title?
On January 16, DR | Delicacy is proud to present The Truffle
Masters 2017 featuring fresh black truffles imported directly from
Spain. In this heated competition at Artista at the Hobby Center,
25 top chefs from Houston’s most highly acclaimed restaurants
will compete to create the most delectable, mouthwatering dish
using DR | Delicacy’s aromatic and flavorful truffles.
Confirmed celebrity chefs include: Robert Del Grande from Café
Annie, David Denis from Le Mistral, Tommy Elbashary from B&B
Butchers and Restaurant, Enrico Glaudo from Ristorante Cavour,
Manabu Horiuchi from Kata Robata, Ronnie Killen from Killen’s
Steakhouse, and more.
Proceeds from the event will be donated to the scholarship program of Les Dames d’Escoffier International Houston Chapter, for
students pursuing an education in culinary arts, wine, hospitality
