One person must run for the Malala Annual Dinner at AGM

What the LMSS Constitution says:

1. Be responsible for the organising of the Annual Dinner according to the traditions of the Society, which includes, a Dinner that is historically attended by the female Members of the Society.

2. The organisation of entertainment and photography for said Dinner.

3. The top table for this Dinner shall consist The Malala Annual Dinner Secretary, any Officers or Trustees of the Society present, The Honorary President if present, and The Honorary Life President if present

4. Be responsible for the organising of an annual evening of entertainment in the hostelries and bars of Liverpool, colloquially called the Annual Ladies’ Bar Crawl.

Your jobs will also include:

- Deciding a theme for the night- Producing a budget prior to the event- Organising Sponsorship for the event- Choosing the Venue- Sorting out the decorations for the venue- Booking entertainment for the night- Having tickets produced- Organising a route for the Bar Crawl- Liaising with the LMSS officers- General LMSS Committee Duties
