Bigneat has adapted its ductless fume
cabinet to incorporate the equipment required to provide the user
with a safe environment in which
to work. A laboratory technician,
working within a ductless fume
cabinet, is protected from breathing in formaldehyde vapour. The
filtration of the air within the
cabinet removes these vapours.
At the same time it constantly
cleans the air in the laboratory and
removes any smell of formalin as
well as odours from other airborne
contaminants.
Bigneat’s Chemcap Clearview range features a
touch-button control
panel with incorporated
service due indicator
and audible low airflow
alarm. Importantly, the
view of the work ing
area is unobstructed
and the optically clear
acrylic panels make the
cabinet comfortable to
use for long periods.
This cabinet also has a stainless
steel work surface and a convenient
dispensing tap. A cup-sized sink drains
down to the aspirator bottle below. The
cupboard contains a stainless steel tray
to accommodate a 25l capacity aspirator
bottle and electric pump. A guarded
foot switch is provided and pre-wired
