Incubators & Ovens
Scientific Ovens
S
cientific ovens are available with two
temperature control options, in five
different capacities. Every unit is fitted
with an oven temperature safety control.
The mild steel exterior of the unit
is epoxy powder-coated light grey and
the functional, modern appearance will
complement any laboratory. Stainless
steel outer bodies are available on request.
Each unit is provided with t wo
chrome-plated steel wire, non-tip
shelves. Their sturdy design means
that they are capable of supporting the
product load at elevated temperatures
and their wire construction does not
impair air flow.
All controls are readily accessible and
only the highest-quality components are
selected. The door construction, coupled
with a robust handle and silicon gasket,
ensures a perfect long self-seal. The
use of a rear vent enables all units to be
stackable, a space saving bonus in today’s
modern laboratory.
Scientific ovens and incubators are all
supplied with a unique forced draught airflow system, utilising a maintenance-free

fan and motor. The computer-designed rear baffle plate
ensures a uniform temperature distribution within the heated chamber, which
also contributes to faster drying times, in
the case of ovens.
All Scientific ovens and incubators are
manufactured with a grade 304 stainless
steel interior with rounded corners to
ensure cleanliness, ease of cleaning and
arbolite offers a range of ovens
that are ideal for procedures
requiring higher temperatures and
having the ability to maintain a stable
temperature of around 0.5°C. Their
lab high temperature (LHT) ovens
are available with maximum operating
temperatures of 400°C, 500°C and
600°C. They are available in three standard sizes of 30, 60 and 120l capacities
housed in corrosion-resistant stainless
steel chambers.
A PID controller is fitted to ensure
temperature stability and the heavy-duty
convection fan-assisted air circulation
gives temperature uniformity better
than ±5°C. All the models are capable
of continuous operation at maximum
temperature and have RS232/RS485
communication abilities.
Expect rapid heating up and cooling
down times, and with the double skin
construction, the LHT ovens will have
a cool outer casing at all times. These
ovens are suitable for removing organic
contamination from glass and metal
components, curing, heat shrinkage and
testing of electronics materials.
The LHT ovens feature:
• A heavy-duty convection fan for
good uniformity of ±5°C
• Ramp function with ±0.5°C stability
and advanced programmable control
options
• Corrosion-resistant and polished
stainless steel interior
• Two multi-position shelves
• A range of accessories suitable for
moisture extraction or curing. ?

from Instrulab. ?
ettler Toledo’s line of Excellence moisture analysers deliver
outstanding value, offering high-speed
testing combined with ruggedness and
ease of use for reliable operation.
The hanging weighing pan provides
good measurement performance with
highly reliable results in the shortest time.
The One Click Moisture™ graphical user
interface enables smooth and fast operation, featuring real-time drying curves
and control charts. The rugged design and
the new easy-cleaning concept ensure a
long service life.
When moisture content determines
productivity, the HS153 is the instrument
of choice. It features advanced halogen
technology, the key to fast heating and
precise temperature control. Combined
with a high-performance MonoBloc
weighing cell, this analyser ensures accurate results required for precise control of
moisture content in production.
Production of food, chemicals and
many other goods require regular sample
testing for full process control. The
HX204 halogen moisture analyser is
designed to meet the strict demands
of highly regulated industries, offering
a capacity of 200g and a resolution of
0.1mg to provide excellent measurement
performance. Reliable results are ensured
through internal calibration, automatic
level monitoring and heating module
calibration at the operating temperature.
SmartCal is an innovative, granular
reference substance to check moisture
analysers and reliably verify whether the
instrument is working within specification. Its high sensitivity detects adverse
influences from ambient conditions and
inaccurate heating or weighing devices.
SmartCal is now available in certified or
non-certified sets. ?
