She is also part of an esteemed litigation team that represented Myriad Genetics and the subject of gene patentability in the landmark case in front of the Supreme Court, Association for Molecular Pathology v. Myriad Genetics. Kaye Scholer The Silicon Valley office of Kaye Scholer is making major strides in one of the hottest markets in the industry. “It isn’t a big office there, but they have enough talent to make an impact in the area,” states one practitioner about the firm’s presence in the valley.
