This includes patent and trade-mark litigation, trade-mark opposition proceedings, patent and trade-mark clearance and validity opinions, trade-mark registration, international portfolio management and intellectual property licensing and transactions. Bill’s main areas of practice are related to the life sciences and he has extensive experience advising pharmaceutical companies with respect to IP and regulatory issues, including with respect to the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations. A registered Canadian Patent and Trade-mark Agent, Bill sits on the executive of AIPPI Canada and is a member of AIPPI’s Communications Committee.
