Wittenberg is a partner with the full-service law firm of Snell & Wilmer. Dan has served as coordinating counsel for a medical device manufacturer of excimer lasers; participated on the regional team defending a global pharmaceutical and biotechnology company in mass tort litigation involving diet drugs as well as phenylpropanolamine; served as local counsel in jurisdictions throughout the western United States defending manufacturers of orthopedic implants and a pharmaceutical company in litigation arising out of professional-labeled over-the-counter products; and participated as local counsel for a healthcare product company in litigation involving gadolinium-based contrast agents.
