FLOOR PLAN LAYOUT FOR MARKETING EVENT
SECTION ONE
LK LONDON
This is the floor plan for my marketing event in Covent Garden.
On the day of the event, we will set up the pop-up backstage and catwalk. We want to keep it completely secret about what is going to happen so will cover everything in black cloths including the marketing boards. To the left of the stage will be where the band will play. Photographers and press will stand around the stage. This will also gather attention from the public as they will be interested in what is about to happen. People working for LK London will hand out postcards and sign people up to our database and entering them into our competition. Celebrity guests will introduce the event and present it throughout.
