Submitted by Shaerica Wright“ Neiman Marcus Squares” 1 box of yellow cake mix butter flavor 1 cup of pecans 3 eggs 1 box of powder sugar 1 box of Philadelphia cream cheese 1 stick of unsalted butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt stick of butter and add cup of pecans, 1 egg, and box of cake mix. Mixture will become a dough. Spread out in brownie pan, and set aside.
Soften cream cheese, add 2 eggs, box of sugar and mix well with blender. Pour on top of dough. Bake for 55 minutes on 350 degrees.

1 c. flour 1 stick butter, melted 1 / 2 c. chopped pecans 1( 8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1 c. powdered sugar 1 c. Cool Whip 2 pkgs. instant lemon pudding( 4 oz. size) 3 c. milk 2 c. Cool Whip
Growing up, my Aunt would bring this dessert over for the holidays. The " lemon lust lady " would make these for us. As I grew up and moved away from home, I realized I missed this treat so I had to figure out how to make it on my own. I ' m grateful for finding this recipe. It has now become a favorite amongst many of my friends and family. ~ Lakita
Mix flour, butter and pecans together. Press evenly over the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.
Mix together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Mix together lemon pudding and milk according to package directions. Pour over cream cheese layer and refrigerate for a few minutes.
Spread 2 cups Cool Whip over the entire top. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
