Is your heart is “unwrinkled”? Is it heavy with worry or light with optimism? Is it bouncing right along, proof positive that you are Living Well 50 Plus, or is it thumping morosely, just trying to get through the day? What kind of “iron” can you use on a “wrinkled” heart? Aldrich tells us in his quote: hopefulness, kindness, cheerfulness, reverence – all are worthwhile goals and worthwhile ways to live. An unwrinkled heart never grows old. It beats steadily and strongly not only for oneself but for others. It’s not too late to fill your heart with all good things to keep it going for many years to come. Open your heart to all the glorious possibilities there are. Live life like you mean it! Tanya
