It is my personal ambition to make it to 100. My great grandmother lived to be 98, my grandmother lived to be 89 and my mother was just short of 80 when she died. I hope this means longevity is in my genes. My one caveat for living to triple digits is to be able to stay active. I believe we lay the groundwork for this possibility in this prior half century. That means we have to get out and go and do and have fun and enjoy life. Of course, sometimes health problems crop up and we can’t do much about that, but we can strive to eat well, keep moving and stay healthy. That’s my resolution for 2015. What’s yours?
